Today I received this:

Beverage Brands (UK) Limited
Trade Mark WKD

We represent Beverage Brands (UK) Limited of Edinburgh ("our Client"), the
proprietor of the trade mark WKD in relation to the well-known range of
Ready to Drink (RTD) alcoholic beverages.

Our Client has substantial goodwill and reputation in the United Kingdom
and Republic of Ireland (as well as in over thirty other countries) in its
WKD branded beverages, including in the Mark WKD and its WKD logo. Our
Client has been applying WKD to beverages since before 1996 and WKD brand
is the best selling brand in the RTD market.

Our Client is the proprietor of UK Trade Mark Registration No. 2048587 WKD
in Class 32 and Community Trade Mark Registration No. 000152058 WKD in
Class 33. The application of an identical sign to identical, similar or
dissimilar goods is an infringement, where the earlier registered Mark has
a reputation and the application of the sign will take unfair of advantage
or be detrimental to, the registered Trade Mark, as set out in Section
10(3) of the Trade Marks Act 1994.

It has recently come to our Client's attention that you have applied its
Trade Mark WKD to a poster, copies of which are for sale on your website,
www.imbueuk.com. Our Client considers that the application of the
identical sign to posters in trade is both taking unfair advantage of and
detrimental to its registered Mark. You are deriving unfair advantage, as
any interest in these posters to which WKD has been applied will be result
of the application of our Client's Mark thereto, and the application of the
sign to such posters associates our Client's products with an undesirable
image, and therefore must cause detriment to its reputation.

Our Client takes protection of its brand and its reputation very seriously.
Accordingly, we are instructed to request you of the following:-

1. That you immediately cease and desist from the application of WKD,
the WKD logo, any marks confusingly similar to WKD, or any representation
of the WKD bottle design, to any items;

2. That you advise us of the number of posters to which the Trade Mark
WKD has been applied, how many have been sold and how many remain in your
possession, within ten days of receipt of this letter;

3. That you surrender all posters or other items to which the Trade Mark
WKD or WKD logo has been applied to our Client for destruction, no later
than fifteen days from the date of receipt of this letter;

4. That you remove all images of applications of the WKD Mark from your
website, www.imbueuk.com and any other such websites/forums where they have
been posted with ten days of receipt of this letter; and

5. That you confirm you will give our Client written undertakings
(provided by us) that you will not apply its Trade Marks WKD or WKD Logo,
or any Marks similar thereto, to goods in future.

All of the above should be undertaken at your own cost.

You are requested to acknowledge receipt of this letter by return and
confirm in writing that you agree to the above within ten days of receipt
of this letter, that is prior to 19 September 2009. Provided you comply
with the above, our Client will take no further action. However, failure
to receive such confirmation will result in our Client taking such further
legal action as it may be advised, without further notice or recourse to
you.

if i were you, i'd not have their letter up on your website. they already know about it so it may just make the whole process more difficult if they get the arse.

I cant see anyway for you getting away with it really they are gonna be reading your website and this thread.

I would suggest the easiest way to remove the images from forums would be to just take the image down wherever its hosted.

Lace it heavily with laxative chocolate.
