It seems like this particular leopard just can't change his spots.

I used to champion Imbue's work on forums , but no more , his customer service is rubbish.

You may or may not get your goods depending on how he feels.

He can't even deliver mystery tubes in a timely fashion and these by their very definition are already printed up and ready to go and just need tubing up and sending.....nope! ....be prepared to chase them up time and time again.

Don't get me wrong when and if they do arrive you get value for money , but are they worth the hassle of needing to inquire if they've been sent after a 3-4 week wait and then not a get the courtesy of a reply? ...I decided not after the third time of being treated like a tiresome piece of shit on his shoes.

If this is you Imbue under the name "Artobox" then you really need to get your arse in gear pal , people pay you money (or used to) for your goods at least have the courtesy to send it and/or reply to their emails after they inquire where their goods are a month plus down the line.

You treat your fan base (or in my case , ex-fan) as a bothersome byproduct of putting some money in your pocket

I dealt with him pre-Artobox when he was based in Brighton and he was no better then.

I probably had about 5 different purchases with him , 3 of which needed chasing up , and one of them needed Paypal intervention to get my money back.

There's only so far you can go giving him the benefit of the doubt before you realise your dealing with someone who really doesn't care that much about customer service.

Go ahead and purchase from him if writing inquiring emails is your thing , I'm through with him now.
