With non-essential travel currently banned, you can't pick up any items you may have won at auction. I asked a courier company and they also said they can't pick up items from auction houses on my behalf as this goes against current covid restrictions.
So basically I wont be bidding on any items anytime soon.

Valid reasons to leave home...
To fulfil a legal obligation.
So if you have a contract to submit an item to auction, then surely this is a legal obligation?

Auction house consignment in London , by thor on Jan 8, 2021 21:01:12 GMT 1, I'm not reading it anywhere im talking from experience, I've just consigned a Banksy to Forum auctions 27th January sale and the work was shipped and delivered next day, shipped by DHL and all arranged and kindly paid for by forum, so if you can't travel into London you can ship a work into the auction houses no problem, bid online and the work will be shipped out to you upon completion of sale and payment, at the end of the day it's up to each individual to decide but all I'm saying is Auction houses are still running there online sales and delivery companies are still delivering,
