The very least should be a full refund on a successful appeal. A company charging a fee for their incompetence, wtf!

My post earlier in the thread my be of help but, in summary, mine was delivered by FedEx, a little unsure why youโve got two different couriers referenced above? They initially applied a 20% import duty but this was later corrected to 5% (only after I had initially paid the higher fee). I had to contact FedEx to be reimbursed the difference on receipt of the amended invoice by mail. This wasnโt a terribly smooth process and took around 20 days to be received after my initial contact with them due to an error at their end in recording what needed to be done.
The commodity code will likely be in your flight/import documents contained on the front of the crate. I would contact FedEx in the first instance. Have you received an invoice? Based on my experience, donโt pay anything until youโve received a paper invoice. Thatโs likely to be the correct one.
