Nah want something more interesting than that! There are several paid for options out there. In the end I simply used excel. Now have and up to date inventory with each piece having a photo and all relevant information. A lot of faffing around but worth it. |

Professionally I use Artlogic and Iโm super happy with it.
For my personal collection Iโve used Collectrium, but itโs expensive and hard to work with. Recently I migrated the collection to Airtable (think excel but prettier and with pictures and PDFs). It does the job, but I donโt feel like I can easily scroll through it. Recently I was made aware of artcollection.io anyone have experience with them? Iโve also advised a bit for a start up company working on this. Hopefully they will solve all our problems.

Are they doing something shifty behind the scenes? It looked pretty clean to me. But I was skeptical why it was free? I was wondering if they let you upload all your info but do not allow you to leverage it for reports. I literally have no idea I was thinking of uploading 4-5 pieces Just to try. Worst case it gave me a few ideas of fields to add to my excel spreadsheet.

I also use excel but wanted something on my phone and I like the design. Itโs free and you can export artworks as a PDF report with the info you want on it. There is also plenty of room for notes if you want to add info which they havenโt included.

Expressobeans has been on the verge of shutting down in the past, so really Excel is your best option long-term.
A database here with a comment section for each work would be a cool feature.
