I got a dark green with overspray pretty much everywhere, very different to Pawel green one above. Will post a picture when its flat.

Mine came pretty bashed up so I tried to get in touch with Sam Durant to see if it could be replaced. After quite a delay, I was contacted by an employee who told me I'd need to send the damaged work back before a replacement could be issued. I asked whether we could do the destruction with evidence thing, so as to cut down on postage etc. but was told it would have to go back. I was however advised to fold it up and stick it in an envelope, which I did.
I sent it using a tracked service and unfortunately it hasn't been delivered. The tracking is now showing as on it's way back to me. I've been in touch with Deutsche Post who claim that the recipient refused to sign for it! The guy working for Sam Durant claims that no delivery attempt was ever made.
I'm now unsure as to what to do. I'm hoping that it will find its way back to me so that I can start trying to resolve it all again but my fear is that I'm going to be left with no poster and no money.

You would hope that the fact that you have photos of the original damage and proof of postage and now return that they may just issue you a new one(once you can get hold of them). I know itโs a ball ache but Iโd be inclined to stick with it on principle. Iโve had it happen a couple of times with other prints but on both occasions they just said rip it up and send them a photo as proof.
