This is the easiest option and one I would use, but if your not super confident with your accuracy of measuring you could always lay a piece of grease proof / tracing paper on the back and cut to size of frame, marking with pencil the same holes you intend to use, you can then use this to imagine the positioning pre hanging. Will give you the same results but may find easier, just another suggestion.

Thanks. So an appropriate screw will do it!
Appreciated.

Choosing the correct raw plug and screw for the wall type will determine what weight it can hold. Iโm no physicist or carpenter but using 2 fixings either edge should double your maximum load limit. Just make sure you select the right one for the wall (plasterboard vs solid)

Thank you.
I've hung (floating) shelves this was before - just not used to seeing a frame being secured this way.
And actually a mirror, too, now I think about it๐
So all seems straightforward enough given the advice received ๐๐๐

Awesome, good luck. Nice heavy frame suitable for an elephant image (Iโm presuming). ๐๐ป

Needless to say 'came with the apartment' when we moved on ๐.

Hanging advice, by We Have Your Prints on Feb 11, 2021 10:25:21 GMT 1, I have used these at home very successfully for pictures and other stuff on a dot and dab plasterboard wall. The instructions say no drill, however I find they go in more accurately after drilling a 7mm pilot hole
Don't be tempted to use the plastic versions of these - they are crap.
