Obviously has access to a load of ยฃยฃยฃ and contacts, but this sort of activity leaves a bad taste - particularly when dressed up as 'saving' the artwork. Needless to say at some point this will be sold on for decent profit to a private collector and never be seen again.....

Surely down to the local authorities to step in, and locate in a place in the town where it can be continued to be enjoyed? Bit like the Thekla piece in Bristol?
Just grates that these pieces in the hands of people just trying to profit, seems a shame.

Always remember seeing the Thekla piece in Bristol at The Shed, and quite something to enjoy and cherish.

Would be a sad state of affairs if its a 'take it and run' attitude?
Perhaps a sentimental viewpoint, but from someone who has traipsed around Bristol, London etc looking at what this fella has done, and just feel they need to be enjoyed in the future to a wider audience?

I just donโt blame them for selling to the highest bidder... Iโm sure the achoo on the hill were selling their house for around 300k just before it was painted. Iโd be surprised if they didnโt get more than that privately just for the bit of wall.
