I agree and the notes the KLF burnt had a high monetary value, but the individual notes were not rare.
People have been destroying paper documents for decades after they have been digitally scanned for security, ease of management, space and cost savings. Burning a sought after print that has been produced using materials that are made for longevity is ridiculous and defeats the point.
The rip off jumper and the time it took to light the print sums the whole thing up.

He spent so long lent over it trying to light it I thought he was going to accidentally set himself on fire.
I remember my stepdad telling me the story of the klf fire and I think they made a pretty heavy fucking loss on those ashes, I would hope for the same here. Anyone willing to buy that is a fucking moron. End of story.

If memory serves me right, burning a million quid cost them about 10k to get them printed, as they never went into general circulation.
