I have this massive Jago 2400 x 1200 cm Bought from a forum member years ago but was originally painted for the “Get Dring Mobile” fundraiser if I recall correctly. That's a cracker! The companion piece to mine that sold at the same time was the same size; finding somewhere to hang it would've been a challenge! That's a perfect nook you've got for it. |

To me, they're very frightening and macabre and I would be scared to live with them. But you and many others on this forum can see the beauty in them. Perhaps one day, my tastes will evolve enough to appreciate them. But for now, I'm quivering in my boots.

Your Most Under Appreciated Piece, by Wearology on Jul 21, 2021 0:17:56 GMT 1, This is a watercolor painting from 1965 by Carlo Vinci who happens to be my wife's great uncle.
Carlo Vinci created animated characters during the beginnings of animation with Walt Disney, MGM & Hanna & Joseph Barbera Studios. He created the animation for Mighty Mouse, Yogi Bear, The Flintstones - plus most of the Terrytoons. This painting is a blend of Disney Characters such as Pocohantas, Bambi, Cinderella meets the Flintstones Landscape.

I do like art to have an impact. But it has to be a meaningful one; I don’t like horror paintings for example.
The Case self portrait I shared is without doubt one of my favourite pieces. It truly fills me with joy.
You have great taste, my friend. So I have no doubt that I am the odd one!

iNeed has aged not a day since it's .. appearance.
Could have been done by B ... it wasn't so it's .. still accessible by many...

I was very fond of his mushroom cloud piece.
Thought that was excellent and always intended to pick up the print version.
