Looks like the red got ยฃ30k not long ago too.
So that's the kind of ballpark these make.
If he got a few grand less privately, I guess that would be good price and avoid auction fees.

meaning sometimes itโs actually more advantageous to sell cheaper outside of the auction circle ...
Last time I sold an art piece through Phillips the final price was far from the auctioned one.
I can give you the details if anyone interested but next time Iโd rather sell if possible directly :-)
