Seeing as signed spray cans seem to be the thing, ive no idea where to start with this Gold / Black Martin Whatson signed spray can. so just for a bit of fun I thought id put it out there asking for any interesting swaps or a tiny bundle of cash.. whoever offers the best...will get it!
The can was signed in 2013 by Martin and was used when spraying his Framed piece at the Blackpool Sand, Sea and Spray Festival.
Some pics below from when it was used and ive even got a photo of him signing it..but no other provenance to prove its legit..
Its just for fun but will accept a signed piece, then can I downgrade it to an unsigned piece..or maybe i should put it in Tate Ward.. any comments welcome

Was that at the Holborn London show in the old PO?
In time I think MBWโs star will shine but unfortunately at the moment he is a bit like Brown Furniture; too much of it is available in too many varying qualities and additionally it doesnโt always look too great in your front room.
Just like the furniture the poor pieces will gradually leave the market for one reason or another (firewood) but the quality bits will always be retained.
And then, potentially, at some time in the future, you may have a future market.
I will be anticipating a ribbing for not holding my counsel on an artist who is constantly derided on here.
If you want to part with it I may be interested in adding it to my MBW collection, of which I an very proud.

Having the pics of him signing it with the story is the strongest provenance, Martin would probably co-sign it too, if you just DM him the same pics and story on IG. That would be the absolute strongest provenance possible.
