I know they have one in place for pre-release and a short period after release for specific prints. Would be surprised but not completely shocked to learn that there is some more general 20% available to those in the know.

In years gone by you would normally apply artists initials and the year for codes I was sent but that doesn’t seem to work for all prints, not sure if these were specific codes or if they’ve discontinued this. |

Possibly. A couple of years back I realised I had missed a particular promo on a print and the code no longer worked (although the print was still in stock, and still is to this day... a Rachel Whiteread). So I asked if they could do 20% nonetheless, but they politely said no.
