All the art I buy (and most people) buy has a sell-on value. I will frame one or two and hang, and sell the rest say, in a few years' time. Maybe the Shrig Shop see the value and demand in Shrigley's work and the low price they are selling for. People may well make a bit of money re-selling them down the line, so why shouldn't the gallery make a bit extra from the low price point and the fact people can afford them - even with the delivery costs?
The items might not be limited and signed, but they still create heavy demand from art lovers.

Agreed, the postage is hefty. I bought 11 items first time, so it was worth it. When the giraffe came back on, I had to buy that too, so another 30 Es charge was a bit more painful for one transaction.
