I have a Pink, unsigned 'Welcome to Hell' Banksy Placard Rat. I am the second owner, it is in mint condition, POW Receipt, and email confirmation from the lovely and helpful Dora @ POW.
I'm figuring if you are interested and serious you will make the effort to secure this print. Money needs to be sorted by Sunday 13th April 1pm if not its going on eBay.
