Anyone heard of Fairey print that is numbered but not sign, by yoss on Apr 12, 2021 18:05:02 GMT 1, I think I just accidentally bid on a fake Fairey print. They say it is numbered and not signed. Anyone ever heard of this happening? Also, weโre there ever pasters made for the โno, i am a vegetarianโ that this might have just had the number added to?

I have one of the very first prints on metal - it somehow didnt get signed
When i bought it many many years ago I didnt even notice, signatures and resales were not so much of a big thing back then

The prints gets numbered in a full batch then signed at a latter time so its possible 2 prints got stuck together. The best way to verify that its a proper print is to look at the numbering on other "no, I'm not" prints and see of they match up, if they do its more then likely just a mistake (though I'm not sure if Shepard will sign it after all this time)

Yea def, especially on the earlier ones, pre 2003. I have read you can send them in, and he will sign them, but I never followed up

I sorta think they're cool, I bought a mis-numbered War By Numbers years ago simply because it's an interesting novelty.
