Had a lot of generous interactions with people on the board in the relatively short time I been here (including with kjg  you modest son of a gun), but I guess the one that springs to mind is mrizzle sharing the love with his Hayden Keys competition win by sending on one of the stickers. True gent.

Actually similar story with ant0187 helping me out with one of the Clown Skateboard stickers when I kept missing the zine releases! Both are top lads, I hope they don't mind me potentially obliging them to donate $100 haha

Only discovering prints / UAA over the last year or so, I have really enjoyed reading on here and absorbing a lot of the knowledge, then going off and looking around the internet trying to find them and understand prices, etc., for what I like.

I have had a few dealings on here, and my first was some Invader stickers and postcards, under $500. A few more purchases slightly more expensive until recently I found myself staring at a really nice Invader print in another country through a Gallery, priced IMHO ok - not cheap but also not feeling like my pants were being pulled down. It would be by far the most I have spent to date on a print.

Ok, so to get to the point...

I felt that the service was not as bang on as expecting with keeping me updated on what was happening etc., money in - packaged - shipped dates, etc.

I spoke to a guy here in messenger, who I knew was in the same city as the Gallery to see if he knew of it, said he did. I explained that I was feeling a little uneasy, first big buy, etc., and just wanted certain info and if he had dealt with them in the past. He said he had a little while later messaged me saying everything will be shipped on Sunday, and it's all good; he had spoken to them for me.

Honestly, above and beyond...

You are correct, sgolby, in that UAA can feel there is a lot of greed here sometimes [it's safer than ebay]. Still, from a person who has only started this journey recently and is a total novice learning the ways, there is a lot of good it is doing. Fascinating insights it is providing, going back years. Not to mention a lot of the members and their contributions.

I would love your DRAN to be my first one as I am starting to really like his stuff...

Been on this forum for a little while and mostly just read comments, but have also made some purchases and discovered my fav artist Escif thanks to great members. Was also able to add some Invader books to my collection.
Appreciate what you're doing and hope the poster goes to someone who appreciates it and can give back at a later date.

Great gesture sgolby , am new to the community as a member but a mid time lurker. I joined as was looking for a stik book & poster for my daughters bday and just wanna thank a member called eye like, who has offered to send me the book (its one missing the poster) but it’s still really appreciated, I offered but they did not even take any money for the book or even postage... Wow hopefully I can give back someday aswell as contribute to this great community

trash bay has silly prices full of profiteering but it’s for my 13yr daughter and am trying to inspire her artistic side and she likes his art so glad I got the book atleast...

I have only has good interactions on this board especially with Dran people and discussing his work. Almost always I can’t afford his stuff, but still love to look and discuss it.

First of all, thank you very much for the opportunity- that is very kind of you. As I am quite new or registered I havn't had any deals or so; had some contacts and they where all very nice and kind so far (like hails089 & pezlow). What I really appreciate, is the enormeous expierence of the board members. This is not just intersting, but I've been learning so much and it helps a lot to understand that big art area. There are so many artists I got know and that I started liking and following- like DRAN. Sometimes I might buy, sell or trade something but not very often. I aldo would love to see more street or urbanart and discuss them, but unfortunately I havn't got that much time (fulltime Job, father and husband;) I also do some art myself (mostly as therapy) since a couple of years legaly (used to do graffiti) and I got most respect for those who share it here (like markx2 & Beibo) or make some great giveaways;) There is much more, I'd like to say, but my son and wife demand some Daddy time.
