It’s completely stuck inside!
Would need to cut the tube open to get it out, but until the claim is closed I don’t wanna touch the tube

Actually the tube is pretty thick and sturdy..
I also have a feeling a forklift ran over it!!
A couple of weeks ago I received another print that was shipped flat because of it’s value etc and also there it seams some vehicle had passed over it!!
Not sure if it’s me who’s really unlucky lately or WTF is going on in these warehouses!!!

Yeah mine was USPS and was stuck in customs for like a month where it likely happened. Had a note from the postmaster attached acknowledging it was f’ed but they still delivered it anyway 😂🤦🏻♂️

Italy has the worst postal service for any modern country, in my experience. It's really despicable. I once sent 30k worth of art to a buyer in Italy, and the delivery worker left it at an ice cream store 1/2 block from the guys house (without leaving a note). It took 2 weeks to figure it out. Most stressful 2 weeks of my life. Thankfully that did work out eventually, but what a nightmare.
