It simply doesn’t have the quality of execution typical of Banksy’s work.
Nor the humour.
For example, look at how the smoke is painted, and compare it to smoke on a known Banksy piece, for example the one done at the school.
That said, bravo to whomsoever the artist is for getting their work up.
