For anyone who might be interested, Damien Hirst has done the artwork for the forthcoming Gang of Four release, The Problem of Leisure - A Celebration of Andy Gill
Amongst the usual formats there's a limited ed. Vinyl release which includes a poster/posters and Hirst designed T-shirts available.

I like a lot what Damien wrote about Gang of 4.
For me itโs really tempting ( even if I hate bundles - we want them all and at the end itโs very expensive, almost all, hard to make a choice !!
Yes gang of 4 was the Band then ! And great bands are playing on this homage !
A real must have for me, as Gang of 4 was art fit me ( at home he feels like a tourist )..

Anyway, then I was older than him, Iโm still, I guess, even if Iโm a kid too.. that likes art a lot !

Itโs art. Art thatโs reaching out of this world yet somehow still down to earth. Itโs so great be involved with this release and to see and hear a new generation of musicians paying tribute to Andy Gillโs incredible music. My artwork โDog with Boneโ, which Andy picked for the cover from a few ideas I had, is from a new series of giant pipe cleaner animals based on little ones made in my studio by kids. I think he wanted this work for the cover because itโs new and unexpected and in your face and hard not to like, they make adults feel like children and Andy always wanted to celebrate that.โ โ Damien Hirst

Had to get the bundle with the tee I like a lot what Damien wrote about Gang of 4. Yes Magazine was apart, for me, Gang of 4 broke the rules, with this mix of voice and almost all these incredible guitar rifles. There is only Richard Hell guitarist that had these kind of irffles on Blank Generation intro. Howard Devoto is a legend of course, but I think that Gang of 4 was a bit in another wave( just after even if these period 77/81 was one of the most prolific of all times in kind of music ( in 3 years we have had, punk uk, special US punk ( more intellectual we'll say and arty - Warhol ? - , with Talking Heads Hell, Television, Blondie, Patti Smith - Ramones, Dead Boys, Dead kennedys on the LA side ) post punk, ska - enormous impact too - , and kind of punk pop with Police, THe Only Ones per example, and to finish New Wave, then psycho etc

Do you know as I ordered a lP and a tee, if I will have more taxes from UK customs, or if it will be the same if there were one lp ( as it's a bundle ) ?
If i will pay separate customs ; for the Lp and for the Tee ?
Better to take only one lp then
