Mine arrived at customs (via Coventry parcel force) on 13th October; now its marked as having left the inward office of exchange today, so it sounds like its on its way here.

I ordered on 18th September. I got the Japan Post email with the tracking link on 8th October. Parcel arrived in UK on 13th October, and left Customs on 14th October. It now says its out for delivery today (15th).
The only thing that might have delayed the process initially was that I think they were waiting to upgrade the packing materials, following some feedback from other recent purchases.
All in all the process has been pretty smooth so far, however it hasn't arrived yet!
