I cant get a word from them at all. Ordered 8/26, got invoice that day and paid. I made the mistake of not choosing the more expensive shipping, so that's on me. After about a month and peoples orders coming in damaged I figured I would reach out and pay the upgraded shipping to make sure mine didn't get cancelled and used as a replacement. Heard nothing, tried a couple more times over the next month, tried with a different email in case spam was catching it, tried their website contact form and nothing nada zilch.

Your order will likely be in limbo until you pay the extra shipping fee, since EMS has been suspended. Keep e-mailing them. |

I received a email after threatening a chargeback and paid the extra 9000 yen to upgrade. I purchased this in July and it has been a very painful experience. Hopefully when it shows it’s worth all the drama involved

I was polite for weeks and needed to try something new. I got a response and they shipped my poster within 24hrs and and it arrived less than 48hrs after it shipped. They said they were doing renovations but that doesn't have any impact on emails so I'm not sold on that excuse. In the end though, I am glad I got the poster instead of a refund. |

While it’s not impossible, I can’t imagine a gallery that’s been around for a long time would risk their reputation over reprinting $300 posters. They were very clear these are original stock. Considering their website is in Japanese, I’m sure they were long forgotten about until recently.

I had them confirm in an email this was an original poster for the 1983 show I’m and not a reprint.

The haring is, still, on a site written in Japanese. Last year I was unable to traslate the page with my old phone. Plus, it's impossible to go through the online payment. If someone on the forum hadn't suggest to send an email, no one now would have the poster.
