They rolled a print too tight and then tucked the tissue roughly in the top.
Eventually told me in so many words that the item was thin and ‘prone’ to dents and that it must have been the postman.
Argued the whole way.
Not impressive.

The charming bakers sold at the fair weren’t really packaged that well. Looked like it at the time in a sturdy box but the prints themselves were just loose inside which I only realised when I got home. Luckily no damage but strange they went to all the effort to box them up and then not bother holding them in place seeing as everyone was just walking round with them under their arms.
One of mine had a thumb print on the front from, I assume, the artist that hopefully should come out at the framers.

Thought exactly the same. Some fella who’d bought one asked me if they would be secured and I said I was certain they would be.
I realised they weren’t when I saw the tip of my print poking out of the box.
Luckily I had some tissue wrap in a tube so after some remedial work secured it for the journey home. No damage.
The Miaz’s (man and woman,not the skull) were in secure cardboard envelopes and looked better packaged and half the size.

Yeah, unfortunately another damaged Skull print here. Cracks all the way across the varnish.
To be fair, have never had issues with them before.

Sent a replacement, that was buggered too. Then a refund. Argued the toss all the way. Was told “we very rarely have problems with the way in which we wrap and dispatch our prints. ”

One of the Baker prints I bought from the fair had a chunk of velvet rubbed off. I was able to get a refund. Also was  ?? When I found out all the prints were sliding around the box the whole day.
