I think we all deal with a lot of galleries and have good and bad experiences, Iβve never met Frazer but Iβve dealt with him before a while back when I ordered one of the Max Rumbol prints, the print had a few marks / scuffs and I contacted Moosey and it was Frazer who responded, dealt with the whole situation and more than happy to replace the print, absolute pleasure to deal with and I kinda wish all gallery owners were more like him. Also, the tube that that print come in was the biggest heaviest most secure thing ever, it could of survived being run over by a lorry!
