He said he shipped the first order, then asked to ship it via dhl for safety and then he declared the same tracking number for all the orders. Very strange and suspicious. I sent him messages and he barely followed up. Lets see what happens. Luckily I am covered by eBay insurance. Right choice vs first dodgy website. + 1. thank you for the explanation. I don't feel him too.
He is filling another websites with multiples other last Invader stamps ( sheets, singles ones at 3 euros, envelope etc etc... ) . Maybe he is the manager of Tunisian post office. Maybe this is a company too. Anyway, as you said, I will ask paypal in case of. But well it could be alright too...

As simple as we forgot to have a look on other stamps at 0,75, as they were referenced under 4 D
Second answer, the better one : itโs usual stamps that we can find in Tunisian post offices to send mails. Others were in the section : Stamps collection. ( with the prices we known ).
Yes we have to go to Djerba - same stamps has different value.

All is wrong, on Tunisia post office as on ebay, and I feel dirty ( nothing to see with stamps stickers ) ...
Rather have a look on these old Banksy..... Graffiti area is legit ( ? ) but the other ones, From Royal Airmail or Dismaland scammers, they are from Jeff, but added " Dismaland " keyword... Wonderful stamps
Last one is Vaticano beginning collecting street-art , amen ! 
Anyway, Jeff Aitch, ( Mr Aitch, made a lot of awesome stamps, real fake ones - but his bigcartel has disappeared, classy, generous and talented friend, having retirement I guess, well, can(t say more ) , maybe it was him, it's surely him.. Shipped mine a few days ago, seems a sound guy, I'll let you know soon enough
