Yes, size, detail, etc! And I'm not sure the flag is actually a "tapestry"
But I'd assume they're all machine made anyway.

They were deffinitely sold as being hand made though and they don't feel like something knocked up with semi mass production.

I have 2 yellow metal and 5 white metal ones, they measure 34mm across. Each comes with a fabric purse.
If you try to buy these on their own the shipping charge is โฌ30 to the UK. I'm not sure about the rest of the world, anyway.
Looking for ยฃ7.50 each UK including postage and PayPal fees or ยฃ9.50 each for the rest of the world.
