I bought one of these from Nurturenature not long ago - the paper stock is actually reasonably sturdy ( and by no means one of these flimsy, fragile poster papers )

Yeah, kind of; they tend to be longer established places that don't have the tech or the money to set up their own platforms. I've been buying through them for a few years and never had any issues that weren't properly resolved. I would do the due diligence on any place you bid with, as always, but I think you'll get far fewer scammers through there than Catawiki or similar. Just checked and I've done over 100 lots via them in the last 3 years with about 15-20 different auction houses.
