This is printed by Absolut, so could differ slightly than when coming directly from Murakami's shop, but I don't expect much of a difference. Price is good too for this release - in the past couple years I've seen this print type from source between $1600 - $4k (depending on size). From source? That's bullshit on the price.

You are getting a 2-3k usd retail price print for 1k and this one comes with a COA - the others do not. I do believe these are also printed and signed by him in Japan. I'm guessing his studio printed these so the quality is probably fantastic.
He made his lithographs almost too good. It hurt his other prints. He has quality prints. It's just too bad he makes too many.
Don't pass on this if you get an email.

Completely agree this is a great price, especially as indicated by the recent retail prices. Jump on this if you get the chance.
I'm curious to see how the quality compares though - not so sure his studio printed these as on Absolut's main page they say:

You state that it’s a lottery of 100 Ed, you give those 100 in a lottery. If they wanted to give a token to all the vip/supporters/workers, they can do a separate “friends and family” as many other artists do (Fairey, Hirst etc). At least be honest and transparent…
Then I don’t think there is a single “honest” release, except maybe by those artists. To be fair I only think you can count Hirst when he sells a token with ed 10 000.

I know most people who actually got the link from the kitchen and preorder - already received their prints. The kitchen has a list of emails they sent Pre orders to. You should have received a shipping notice already. Maybe this just US.
