FR's description is correct: 32k applicants applied for 67k NFTs. You don't know how many people applied for. 3 people could have applied for 10,000 each and then everyone else applied for 1. Or, virtually everyone could have applied for 2 with some people applying for 3. etc. The number of combinations are crazy. Either way, I'd assume that in most cases, you're not getting allocated more than 1 NFT unless you're someone special.
