for example if you have 5 computers in your house and you used each one to sign up, they could recognize they are all from the same batch. However if you used your phone on cellular ( not wifi) and a diffrent email. they would not be the wiser. they are good , but not that good.

That said you can switch off your router for a few minutes and when switching back on you get allocated a new IP.
