Damien Hirst NFT "The Currency", by Schrödinger's Chat on Oct 16, 2022 9:46:03 GMT 1, Everyone got one of the fancy tote bags with some currency keyrings, iphone case, notepad etc. So really the bag was the main thing.
You also got one of these collectable digital attendance tokens, which i don't really understand the point of.

Damien Hirst NFT "The Currency", by Acme Thunderer on Oct 16, 2022 9:57:14 GMT 1, The only thing I wish they had done is burn some of the physicals on the evening. Think they missed a trick there.
I’m glad I never bought any of the tat as was given most of it for free at the event. I did buy the book as it had my name in, so guess I will have to get vol 2 when that comes out.

Damien Hirst NFT "The Currency", by dirtypete on Oct 16, 2022 17:32:57 GMT 1, More Tory Gammon snowflake nonsense, or is it bougie neoliberal, I can't tell anymore, but what is with you guys. Love to give it out then screaming "cancelled and reverse racism" like ignorant children when a tiny fraction of it comes back. Spare me the tears hey. Whether on either side of the political spectrum, if you’re offended by the words snowflake(left) or gammon(right) then maybe you need to get a life and stop being offended by fûck all. Also the people that use these lame insults are just as bad as the people that get offended by them. I generally find Reader a sanctimonious douche and I stupidly replied because I was bored due to the lack of interesting content these days.
Im not offended I just knew that I’d get a rise out of Reader. My bad and I need to go and do something more productive.
This forum has become awfully dull recently like the street art scene. Time to focus on other interests.

The Guardian comments section maybe? In the meantime, here's some sanctimonious anti-oil industry street art for ya courtesy of Blu and Ericilcane to break up the monotony of 173 pages of NFT/Dots ;-)
Back to the dots people, apologies for interupting the thread.

Damien Hirst NFT "The Currency", by robo on Oct 17, 2022 21:04:00 GMT 1, Well I had fun, i met one or two from this forum, but mainly i met people who couldn't believe that i didnt hold (hodl) the nft. Still, a night of free drinks and meeting lots of new folk, some of which were a bit more of the 'grow the pie' philosophy than me, but hey it takes all sorts. I was surprised by the number of people I spoke to who were not entering the ‘unique print’ lottery even though they had NFTs (giving them a better chance). Heni had placed the ‘unique prints’ high up on the wall so you could not view the detail and looked bland compared to the glossy Great Expectations/Virtues/Empresses. They should have framed a couple of them as they would look amazing behind glass. Agree they didn’t look great. My wife thought they were wrapping paper!

Damien Hirst NFT "The Currency", by kfroms on Oct 18, 2022 8:40:39 GMT 1, What are peoples thoughts on the currency unique prints? Are a lot of existing currency holders applying? Does anyone know if there is a Heni frame in the pipeline? Thanks I like them but still not sure how that would look on my walls. Could overall be too big, too in your face. They will be massively oversubscribed so good luck anyone.
No information regarding a frame

Feel free to quote me on that. Granted we may all have been nuked by then but somewhere in the rubble one person will have made a killing!

The means of communication by Heni was strictly digital and there were no COA's issued. Mine came in a small black box with nothing else besides the print in it.

Damien Hirst NFT "The Currency", by surf101 on Oct 20, 2022 15:41:27 GMT 1, There's Zero real papertrail other than one that's talked up out of nothing. I don't think many are going to question the authenticity with all the antiCF measures on the paintings, given how quickly these are changing hands, I still haven't spotted any wobbly ones that don't hit all of these points.

Damien Hirst NFT "The Currency", by Jimmy Oscar on Oct 20, 2022 15:51:53 GMT 1, To those asking - when I say paperwork, I mean the complete email trail.
Printouts of the original receipt, the exchange email stating the number and name of the print, the shipping notification from HENI - all with my name, email and address.
I could also throw a handful of emails with the offers of 30K for the NFT (bloody hindsight!)
Not sure you would need anything else except for Damien himself turning up for the handover.

You have high res images of all 10k pieces, front & back. Considering they are all "unique" I would say it's all the authentication you need. Can't remember where, but there was an option to download all pieces as well.
