He's very definitely not involved with Brandilism, and I've no idea why he would have ever asked them to be involved in Dismaland. Any evidence of that? Never heard of it before.

Regarding Banksy not sending DMCA copyright takedown notices.
He can always publicly state on his instagram or website that he owns the copyright to the images that FCB are reproducing and they do not have permission to reproduce those images and that people should not buy counterfeits from fraudsters. He has millions of followers so it would have an effects on FCB business.
What is pathetic about them is the we are only little guys and Banksy is a big guy, we aren't hurting anyone, we only want to feed our starving children or something like that.
