I have a unique situation. I'm selling my home and the buyers love my Blek le Rat - Running Man and BORF (John Tsombikos) Modern Life framed prints (3). The thing is...I love them too and had every intention of hanging them in my new place.
However, the buyers may be willing to pay "above market" for the prints.
Two questions...
What do you think would be a great price (from a seller's perspective) for these 4 framed prints?
Where could I re-purchase these prints if I wanted to buy them again for my new place? Are they readily available?

Blek - Running Man & BORF - Modern Life Prints (3), by ADC on Jul 28, 2021 18:40:03 GMT 1, In regards to the Borf’s, for the prints your probably looking around £300-£400 each unframed, I’ve purchased 2 from the forum at these prices and others have sold at these prices too. Personally if I was leaving with house framed I would also want to recover my framing costs as they obviously like them as they are and wouldn’t require reframing them. You say they may be prepared to pay above market value, but they can easily search online and see others that have sold and I shouldn’t think they would want to be taken advantage of.
In regards to replacing, I haven’t seen that many come up for sale but there out there.

Tax the hell out of them or take them with you. You don't owe your buyers anything but the house which they already committed to.
