I see that point of view, some of the imagery is excessively violent.
At least for me Cleons work is similar to one of my favorite segments of art, Greek geometric. As with ancient Greeks and Romans the use of violence was used to to depict mythical tales and battles, I see Cleons works as a glimpse into a bigger story but I see why many arenโt a fan of his work. Hopefully I wonโt be judged when people see it on my wall, if anything perhaps we can come up with the story behind the image.
