You all should definitely checking out his "Randomly Common Skele" project he did for halloween. Each one has 8 randomly generated traits so each one is different and because they are on the Tezos blockchain the gas fees are almost nothing. You can get them for about $50 up at this point but long term holders are gravitating towards those with doubles or triples of the same trait or ones that are just aesthetically cool or tell as "story".
Here's one of mine which has a completely random biblical theme with the halo, apple, and serpent.

They said they sent out refunds to everyone and posted a link to a transaction on etherscan and my wallet does show up as having been sent money. The problem is that it never showed up in my wallet balance. I do however see the transaction in the "Internal Txns" tab on the Etherscan page for my wallet. Maybe someone more knowledgeable than I can tell me why I never received the refund into my wallet and/or if there's something I need to do to claim that.

Don't think they ended up minting enough to have the money to get a deal done though. Sounded like they were close though. Seemed like an interesting idea. Ah well, I didn't end up losing all that much.

This is my favorite project! Can mint for only 0.05 eth right now and their smart contract makes gas way cheaper than normal. Minting one right now costs like $73 in gas vs $300+ for normal transactions. Prices go up when they hit 200 mints and they're at like 160 now. This is going to blow up when they start marketing pushes.

yes its cool although metasaurs didnt live up to their promises... yet, so, spending more on a new project when first one still lagging is a statement

I'm on the Tier 1 whitelist for the Ron English Bulbs but I'm still on the fence. Gas has been so damn high lately and I almost feel like they rushed the launch before generating enough buzz. I really doubt they're going to sell out quickly and the secondary value seems like it's going to be largely dependent on what character you get. Still undecided. I took a gamble on a Meta Thug this week so that may be enough for now, haha. You going for it?

Nice! NFTeams definitely seems like it's going to be fun. I bought one team from OpenSea a few weeks ago because I was late to the project, but I'm thinking about grabbing another. Might buy in eventually still. The problem that I have with NFTs is that if a project tanks you're really not left with much. If I buy a piece of physical art and the value tanks, at least I still have a piece of physical art. NFTs feel far more like gambling than collecting right now. Maybe that'll change when there are easy, cheap ways to display your NFT collection at home. |

The amazing thing about nft's is you dont even have to own the piece to view it in the same resolution as the owner. If you dont feel like youd want to see it in your home, just like physical art, maybe it should be a pass. |

I'd say so, and it's already been happening. A lot of eth has been movin to sol recently and it'll be due to gas fee's. Sol transactions are a fraction of the price, almost not even noticeable.
