I purchased the Edgar Plans “You Are My Hero” several months ago and still have not received the COA. I’ve reached out to both BW and Plans. BW not responding to emails or IG messages. Plans shrugging his shoulders telling me there is nothing he can do. They basically got me for $400 USD. In my 10 + years of collecting I’ve never been ripped off by a gallery. I guess I’ll soon call my bank but was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

BW was saying we were waiting on you (me) to send confirmation email on shipping but did that and just kept on sending emails till I received both mine and my fathers CoA.

I can't believe how many people never received theirs. After disputing my charge BW wanted me to send the COA back. But, I never received it. I really wanted it because that would have been the only Edgar art I could afford.

" BW is not one of our companies. Our boss is just trying to help to all the collectors who didn’t get their COA yet, but all communication will be through info@bwartprojects.com
By the way, all COAs have been sent to a shipping company for delivery time ago. All delays started because many collectors sent the wrong shipping information when they made the purchase and many of them never confirmed the shipping information. All collectors who confirmed the address on time have the COA already.
As we know, since November 2nd one person from BW’s team will work full time to finish this COA’s delivery. Contacting to collectors and the shipping company.
So this person will contact you in a couple days, if you have emailed BW.
Ones again all communication will be through info@bwartprojects.com"
