1) Martin Whatson is becoming a one trick pony, no depth or meanings to his work or scribbles. It's all the same.
2) GP owns his market, they pick and choose who get the prints. The lotteries are far from fair. The same people seem to "get lucky" with each drop over and over. Don't believe any of the bullshit they spew. They'll lock up atleast 10-20% of the editions for future vault drops at premium "market" prices later on as well.
3) The Martin secondary market is being heavily manipulated by the few who own large amounts of his work. It is even more apparent on the "fans" facebook group.
4) Grafitti Prints is SHADY. They marketed prints as hand finished in the last vault sale, then sent emails to the people who purchased these at premiums saying "they are sorry for the mistake" and offered a take it or leave it response (no offer for other prints that we know they have stashed). Further more they try to tell you that these are more "rare" then a HF print. WTF kind of logic is that.
5) Prints are being released like candy, no HF editions is a big eyebrow raiser, simply put greed has taken over.
For full discretion, I've sold off 80% of my Whatson's, I'm done with this manipulated market crap.
