R.I.P. Virgil Abloh, by sgolby on Nov 28, 2021 20:13:11 GMT 1, It is a sad day. He was a genuinely kind person. His work was often polarizing, and while not my cup of tea, I couldn’t help but respect the guy.

R.I.P. Virgil Abloh, by mikeT on Nov 29, 2021 3:28:31 GMT 1, Wow, RIP Virgil. Watched a documentary on him last year and he was a relentless passionate man who compromised nothing for his vision. Gone too soon.

R.I.P. Virgil Abloh, by Jimini Cricket on Nov 29, 2021 8:24:32 GMT 1, When someone goes because of cancer, it's very sad. I hope they get to continue his work in art, design and fashion, regardless of what people think of it.

R.I.P. Virgil Abloh, by Fast Eddie on Dec 5, 2021 20:54:46 GMT 1, I just wanted to leave here the links to two lectures that Virgil Abloh did at Columbia and Harvard Graduate School of Design and Architecture.
To me, these were eye opening talks, about the kind of artistic vision this man had. This was not your run of the mill contemporary artist. He had a coherent artistic ethos & project.
@ Columbia University GSAPP
@ Harvard
Truly sad. If you have never listened to the man, watch the videos and enjoy. I found him inspiring.
