I am looking for some experts on this piece. "secured by migrant workers on minimum wage"
I did some research a few years back and came to the conclusion that is was not an artwork by Banksy, but it was mistaken for a Banksy.
I also asked Pest Control Office and they said it was never made by Banksy.
Now I found a statement from Steve Lazarides stating it is indeed a Banksy

It recently sold in the Netherlands (including the "white house rat")
