In almost mint condition. It originally had a personalised sketch on the first page that I have cut out & framed. See photo.

I canโt remember how much it was originally but I bought a replacement copy directly from Dran at his next London show for ยฃ100.
erm a bit expensive No ? I got it for free, even if dran does not like me ; it's his problem anyway !
