Not mine - my names Hugh.

Because the condition report says pinholes and creases. I wasn't sure if these were printed on old posters, so all had some degree of "damage". But sounds like these should be mint and this one has been mistreated !?

the door result will be interesting though, its a very clever piece.
loved some of the condo's there too.

Phillips Art Auctions • New York, Hong Kong & London, by Wenters on Feb 13, 2013 17:34:54 GMT 1, I like the door and would love it in my house!....presented correctly this could look great!
I wonder if the addition of a light on this door will hamper it's sale price....I might be wrong but I thought the VAT amount changes if the art has electrics included in it?
I'd love to see pictures of a "deep" Os Gem collection!!!....does 2 pieces and a signed book count?!!!

ESTIMATE £15,000 - 20,000 ‡ Wow, small world. That is the exact piece I almost bought at a local auction house a year and half ago or thereabouts. It was available for viewing on a table rolled up. It was listed as a signed poster with an insanely low estimate (6-900 dollars) and came with a small book. I examined it about a week before the auction and it looked pretty good. Day of auction it had some major creases and accompanying small ink loss. The auction house must have got wind of the consignors mispriced mislabeled graffiti items (about 20) and all were passed. I forced bidding open on that particular lot and was the under-bidder. I was worried about value being ruined by the abuse it took.
I was obviously wrong
edit: just in case you were wondering it sold for 1900 USD.

Normally I wouldn't have given him the time of day but I don't like being called a liar, and he had some info about a print I really wanted... Now it hurts to know that it sold privately for one bid above mine, If I had been contacted or knew it didn't sell I probably could have gotten it for my bid. I'll delete that crap as it has NOTHING to do with the original thread.
Trolls.
