Yes you’re correct. (Although I’d only say this was my first real exposure to Edgar Plans and I thought his art was quite sweet if anything - not groundbreaking) But when the truth of the project came out it’ changed my opinions of the artist, his motivations, the project meaning and has now permanently put me off NFT. I actually think it’s a bit of an eye opener and reminders or me personally to not get caught up in hype trains so easily.

I’m sure Rolf Harris had a decent following too but his behaviours no doubt changed how his collectors perceived him and his work.

My point is opinions can change quickly or slowly. It takes years to earn respect and a moment to lose it as they say.

Sure, If I had won an NFT, I’d of looked on and maybe tried to justify the shit show somehow in my own mind for a period in the interests of protecting the investment element…morally id of still cringed at the comms they’re putting out as it’s so shockingly bad - have your opinions changed on the artists since the project? Genuine question.

Also I just checked my post on Jan 14th - i think I’m quite clear about my motivations on Edgar Plans work and this project ..so your unfair to call me out.

Not my wish to call you out and thanks for your views (especially in the post before this one). I don’t disagree that the LH project could have launched better, and I also think there should have been minimum 1K places for the raffle. I just reacted on your straight out erroneous statements regarding fake sales and fake Insta comments. Such harsh accusations better be prepared for harsh answers. And given it’s open blockchain we’re talking I guess it’s pretty easy to audit. No hard feelings.

I purchased the NFT for over 2 ETH with the understanding that the price would fluctuate for the next few months in both directions - unfortunately it has only gone down for a multitude of reasons.
1. The imagery is weak, lazy and all 7,777 look 99.9% the same.
2. The drop reaked of nepotism, cronyism, elitism and everything that is wrong with the art and NFT market joining forces.
3. According to openseas own data they admitted that over 80% of the NFT's on their platform are FAKE and that if you buy a known fake they will not re-imburse you and there is no number to call to speak to a person.
4. The price of almost all cryptos has been taking a beating the past few weeks and people are more concerned about their Ethereum value as a currency rather then a manipulated NFT.
5. It is all a gamble and in the future invest in real artists and creators, not fringe artists represented by high end galleries with less than 10 decent auction results that are being publicly advertised on their own website which seems more like propaganda then anything else.

Floor now 0.00 ETH. Which is what it always was.
