Yup, exactly that. Not sure what app will be required for it but have you ever seen those augmented reality books for children about dinosaurs and the like, itβs going to more or less be that. More a pet hero than dinosaur but the premise would appear the same.
Also, might be worth noting that in comments on Instagram he only stated that the certificates will be signed and numbered by him. I donβt think theyβll be unique and hand drawn. Just my suspicion.
