New Years Eve Carnage!, by shoreditch street art on Jan 2, 2022 17:35:34 GMT 1, It was suggested that as many people had not been able to travel this year it would be nice to have an online tour of stuff that had featured on the Shoreditch Street Tour walks during the year. Great idea, happy to oblige and it was a lot of fun to put together.
It was not so much about highlights as about art which had given us a lot to chew over on the tour. We looked at a timelapse photoseries of how a Jim Vision mural had changed over the year, how Jim had been dealing with tags by replacing them with killer whales. The last image in the sequence was photographed two days before the presentation, 29th December:
