Damaged When Received, by pdr297 on Jan 4, 2022 5:07:54 GMT 1, Hey guys, stumbled across this forum a few days ago and had a question. I received a print recently (POSE , โTriumphโ) that was damaged in shipping. Iโm the original buyer and the seller (Beyond the Streets) has offered to replace it under warranty on the condition that I take a picture of the print number and show the original destroyed. I plan to go through with it, just wanted to know if anyone had experienced something like that?

Damaged When Received, by mikeT on Jan 4, 2022 5:17:22 GMT 1, Hi, if it helps, I previously purchased from Miss Bugs a print and it came with the not-totally-dry varnish stuck to the back of the print and was damaged. They asked for a video and pics of it being cut up and promptly sent me a replacement. So I think it's common practice. But this is Miss Bugs and they have my trust so i can't speak for Beyond the Streets. Maybe someone else can?

I have also been asked to do this before being sent a replacement, itโs fairly common.

I think it complies with the insurance that galleries take out when they have a release that covers damage in shipping?
No experience with Beyond the Streets, but I'm sure you will be fine.
