Goldmark Atelier seem to be the gold standard for affordable screenprints.
Well Nice produce good work too.
My other suggestions would probably too pricey.

Archival Printers , by sandinista on Jan 13, 2022 16:14:04 GMT 1, There's lots of places that will do the giclee but assuming the varnish is a screen printed layer i assume you need a screenprinters. Also depends how many you want. You could try places like Jealous.
