But where I'll always poke fun is the flippers who suddently find a need for money. No one smart buys $5000 art that suddenly can't pay their mortgage. The idea that last month I planned to spend $10000 on art to hang but now my electric is getting turned off is nuts.
And never do the "I need cash" folks ask drop price. If someone needs cash so bad, Im sure Pejac would refund you and resell it... But no they need DOUBLE cash SUDDENLY - otherwise known as being a DONKEY
