Us oldies will have to rely on our brain and like Damien were blessed. God heart. And speedy fingers. A Justin Pollock for me, less Neate. But each to their own. Cant afford but if i had the money boys she's a keeper, stick gloves on her and feel her tipper.

That being said it would cost you considerably less than £1000 to do all these things.
The OP is well within his right to list his item for what he likes but it would seem a touch ambitious to expect to be paid £7-£8k for these services.
If someone was to list another print for sale that was still available on the secondary for almost 50% of the price I would be a bit concerned if the community didn't make any potential buyers aware that this was the case.

The problem is that you're selling to a very narrow market (at least on here.) Those who want a physical copy but presumably are wary of entering the NFT world in order to buy one. You're then effectively charging them the £8k for doing just that.

I could talk about the individual traits if required.
It has a very high number of overlapping spots, is in the top 0.1% for reds and also extremely high in yellows and greens.
You can actually notice a difference between those that are more and less saturated. Equally, the colour concentrations make a difference to the aesthetic also.
It’s also one of the heavier paintings, whatever that means.

When I was thinking about picking one up previously, those at the lower end of the pricing spectrum on the Heni market place were a bit, well… shite. I’m not supporting the OPs pricing position, and I’m not sure where I’ve suggested it is “soooo much more beautiful”, I’m simply pointing out there’s a bit more to be considered with these than just picking up any old example for the bare minimum price, if you’re at all bothered about the actual art that is.

You can buy the NFT and trade it up for the physical yourself for around 10k GBP. It involves a bit of messing about with crypto. Plenty of forum members who have dived into the crypto and NFT world recently (e.g. for art drops). It can be a bit crazy to begin with but it's not rocket science to purchase this NFT and follow the HENI website to get the physical sorted.

But to say the value of the physical is not linked to the value of the NFT makes no sense. IF the NFT falls or rises a large amount the print is sure to trade with it.

Normally Id say only a nut wouldn't withdraw, but in this world the NFT will prob be worth millions in a few years after most are traded... Thank you for the explanation.
All unclaimed works will be physically burnt at a yet to be specified date.

What that value is is up to anyone to decide for themselves. But to say the value of the physical is not linked to the value of the NFT makes no sense. IF the NFT falls or rises a large amount the print is sure to trade with it.
There is a point to this.
Titles appear to command a higher premium.
Heading toward Valentine’s Day there is always a rush across the art world to buy ‘love’ related works for example.
Swear words and one word titles appear to be more in demand.

You are using Hirst Empresse ebay listings of £8k minimum to position your pricing of 18k GBP (open to offers). While apparently ignoring the NFT Currency floor and average sale price data.
It seems nonsense (or 'utterly nonsense' as someone just said in Empress thread) to take the ebay prices as reliable indicators. At least wait until the edition number is known and more is known about their value on secondary market. Maybe only a few days to wait...
