I'm a 40 year old overweight guy who smokes, drinks and lives a rather unhealthy lifestyle.
I'm hoping to change this and was offered a place in the TCS London Marathon running for "Children with Cancer" which takes place on October 2nd 2022. ( No, I've never run a Marathon )
I'm basically asking if you could spare ยฃ1 or two to help the kids and their families.
I happy to add you to a group "Strava" thing so you can see how I'm getting on.

Muchly appreciate the donation..
Smoking :- over the last 6 months I come off the wagon for a week or two, but now at least two months "Clean" ๐คฃ๐ - feeling better for it.
Training:- erm... No existent.. did plan on doing a few runs after work, but that never happened, so I'm totally winging it.. Won't be breaking any records and just aiming to finish, but would be happy with a sub 6 hour time.
