Colombia, by ooccc on Feb 28, 2022 13:11:18 GMT 1, I don’t know if your trip is set but i spent about a week in Medellin and the surrounding region a few years ago and it was splendid. The street art scene in Medellin was really dynamic.

Colombia, by flingading on Feb 28, 2022 14:12:34 GMT 1, I stumbled across a Fin DAC piece in Cartagena which is worth a look. Seem to remember it was located near to a part of the old city wall which is worth a walk round.

Colombia, by Bodega Cat on Feb 28, 2022 16:06:29 GMT 1, Not a ton of galleries out here - its more about the street vibes if anything. Cartagena has a couple of streets near the old city which have tons of local artists who paint a lot of street scenes and the sort which is great. There's also plenty of great murals/graffiti to check out.
If you're looking for Art - Medellin would have been the place to check out. Museo de Antoquia which boasts one of the larger Botero collections (along with several public statues) and a pretty good international collection (most of which were donated by Botero) El Museo De Arte Moderno (Modern Art Museum) is also solid. And the amount of graffiti / street art out in Medellin is IMMENSE.
Bogota on the other hand also has tons of street art/murals but the city is much seedier - stay alert out there - especially as a tourist. Just my two cents.
Have a fun and safe trip
